Optional: Receive SMS Service Reminders
This checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively select it to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is optional — you can use PrepQ without opting in. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Messages are limited to service-related customer-care content — appointment reminders, visit preparation instructions, and job status updates — never marketing.
